| On Site Technical and Repair Services
- We understand that our metal embossing machines are often a critical component in a
customer's line. For that reason, we have engraving technicians, mechanics and
engineers on call to provide in plant service. At Roehlen you will not be greeted by a
recording but by people ready to help. |

| Hardened Steel Roll Sets - Our
engraved metal embossing rolls are manufactured from high quality 52100 modified steel
forgings, through hardened to 62-65 Rockwell C. While this may take a little more
time and be slightly higher in cost, it yields dividends in increased longevity and wear.
In addition, the trademark Roehlen adjustable gear hub is another feature that
translates into less down time and fewer reengraves |
